PayPal is seeking a Manager, Sales Specialist, Payouts to join the North America Commercial sales team. You will lead discovery and design tailored payout solutions for merchants across enterprise accounts.

In this consultative role, you will diagnose merchant needs, position PayPal Payouts and Enterprise Payouts, and collaborate with Account Management, Solution Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Product to win opportunities, while traveling up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience selling to director- and VP-level stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution design on qualified opportunities.
• Position PayPal Enterprise Payouts against alternatives with quantified value.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Solution Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Product.
• Develop pricing strategies and drive pipeline.
