Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Manager, Sales Specialist, Payouts in San Jose, CA to drive adoption of Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts. You will diagnose merchant needs, design the right payout solution, and position differentiated value against competitors, from lead through activation.

You will lead discovery with Fortune 1000 clients, quantify ROI, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Finance to maximize profitable activated volume within assigned verticals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in tech or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience selling to VP-level stakeholders at large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead deeper discovery, solution design, and competitive positioning on opportunities.
• Navigate opportunities of diverse scope, anticipating issues and planning mitigation.
• Carry the target for the opportunities you develop or advance.
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and build pipeline.
• Partner with Account Managers to shape and advance product-specific opportunities.
• Travel up to 10% of time.
