Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Manager, Sales Specialist, Payouts to join the North America Commercial sales team. You will partner with Account Management to grow adoption and transaction margin for PayPal's Payouts solutions, including Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts across new and existing accounts.

You will lead discovery, design the right payout solution, and position differentiated value against competitors from opportunity to activation.

Qualifications

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent
Experience with domestic and cross-border payout and disbursement solutions
Experience solution selling to VP-level stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies
Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate discovery, research, solutioning, and pipeline analysis
Strong communication and storytelling with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead deeper discovery, solution design, competitive positioning, and pricing on opportunities
Partner with Account Managers to shape and advance product-specific opportunities
Travel up to 10% of time
Build ROI-based business cases and evidentiary sales narratives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals
