Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to lead complex requests, mentor less senior team members, and drive partner-focused sales engagements. You will craft demonstrations, manage Proof of Concept projects, and develop materials to educate partners on Relativity solutions and best practices.

Ideal candidates bring deep Relativity product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in SaaS sales engineering with the ability to travel 25%.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred, otherwise ability to pass the exam within 3 months of employment.
• Relativity Master status preferred, otherwise ability to obtain Relativity Master within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity's efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
• Proactively seek opportunities for deeper Partner engagement, create and maintain Partner-centric materials for Technical Sales Trainings.
• Serve as SME and consultant for internal and external stakeholders; participate in sales calls, assist with presentations and product demonstrations.
