Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to lead complex technical sales efforts, mentor peers, and drive partner engagement. You will present product demonstrations, support RFx processes, and collaborate with account executives to address client needs.

Ideal candidates have extensive SaaS sales engineering experience, Relativity familiarity, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% and growth through Relativity certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four+ years in sales engineering or client services.
• Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) preferred or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Relativity Master status preferred or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity's efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in-person technical sales consulting.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities for deeper Partner engagement, including driving agendas and creating materials for partner trainings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for internal and external stakeholders; participate in sales calls and product demonstrations.
• Support RFx and third-party risk assessment workflows; capture requirements and help write sales proposals.
• Intake and relay product feedback to product management based on market and field observations.
• Create documentation, presentations, and demos to teach clients Relativity functionality and value; represent at industry events.
