Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive complex technical sales with partners, delivering demonstrations and ROI insights for strategic accounts. You will mentor less senior team members, coordinate with Partner Account Executives, and support sales readiness and enablement initiatives.

The role requires seven years in SaaS support with four+ years in sales engineering or consulting, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Requires seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred, or ability to pass the exam within 3 months of employment.
Relativity Master status preferred, or ability to obtain Relativity Master within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in Relativity's efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
Proactively seek opportunities for deeper Partner engagement, drive meeting objectives, and create partner-centric materials to support technical sales trainings.
Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for internal and external stakeholders; participate in sales calls, lead presentations and product demonstrations; manage Proof of Concept projects.
