Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications with four+ years in sales engineering or client services.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred or ability to pass within 3 months.
• Relativity Master status preferred or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity’s efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
• Proactively seek opportunities for deeper Partner engagement, including driving agendas, organizing and creating presentational material, establishing meeting objectives.
• Lead presentations and product demonstrations; manage Proof of Concept projects and address prospect questions.
• Act as liaison to Partner-centric teams, supporting sales readiness programs for partners and onboarding Partner Account Executives.
• Support RFx and third party risk assessment workflows; capture prospect requirements and help write sales proposals.
• Deliver product feedback to the product management team based on market trends and customer input.
• Create documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations to teach clients about Relativity functionality and value, and represent at industry events.
• Develop expertise in Relativity’s security posture and Extend Products such as the aiR suite to support client engagements.
