Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical sales consulting with partners and clients in a hybrid environment. You will lead complex requests, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to RFx and risk assessment workflows while developing partner-centric materials and trainings.

You will deliver product demonstrations, craft proposals, and act as a Relativity evangelist at industry events.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred, otherwise ability to pass the exam within 3 months of employment.
• Relativity Master status preferred, otherwise ability to obtain Relativity Master within 18 months of employment.
• Willingness to travel 25% and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity's efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities for deeper Partner engagement, including driving agendas and creating presentational materials.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for internal and external stakeholders; assist with presentations and product demonstrations.
• Lead Proof of Concept projects and address prospect questions and issues.
• Support RFx and third party risk assessment workflows; capture requirements and help write sales proposals.
• Create documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations to teach clients about Relativity functionality and value proposition.
• Develop and maintain expertise in Relativity's product suite and Extend Products (aiR).
• Understand Relativity's sales process and collaborate with Account Executives to address partner pain points.
