Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical sales consulting for partner accounts. You will lead complex requests, mentor junior engineers, and advance opportunities through proactive partner engagement and compelling demonstrations.

You will collaborate with account executives, support RFx and risk assessments, and help educate partners on Relativity solutions. Travel up to 25% is expected, with potential for future certifications and leadership growth.

Qualifications

Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred, otherwise ability to pass the exam within 3 months.
Relativity Master status preferred, otherwise ability to obtain Relativity Master within 18 months of employment
Proven technology skills and excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

Play a key role in Relativity's efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
Proactive in seeking opportunities for deeper Partner engagement, including driving agendas and creating materials.
Serve as SME and consultant for internal and external stakeholders; participate in calls and lead demonstrations.
Act as liaison to Partner teams; support sales readiness programs and onboarding.
Support RFx, risk assessment workflows, and write proposals addressing business needs.
Deliver product feedback to the product management team based on market trends.
Create documentation, presentations, and demos to teach clients Relativity functionality and value.
