Job summary

Worksoft Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer to serve as the senior technical advisor in complex enterprise software sales. You will lead technical discoveries, demonstrations, and RFI/RFP responses, building strategic relationships with prospects and partners.

You will articulate Worksoft's value, map customer needs to solutions, and drive revenue while traveling up to 50% to engage with enterprise customers and channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering of enterprise software.
• Proven revenue contribution in complex B2B software sales.
• Strong technical foundation with test automation or enterprise apps.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demos to diverse audiences.
• Act as primary technical liaison with prospects and partners and articulate Worksoft value.
• Build strategic relationships within customer and partner ecosystems.
• Communicate product strategy and competitive positioning clearly.
• Develop deep product expertise and map customer requirements to solutions.
• Translate complex concepts into concise business value and ROI.
• Lead RFI/RFP efforts and develop winning proposals.
• Set expectations on solution capabilities during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with product teams and transitions to implementation.
• Support deals and contribute to revenue through technical excellence.
