Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead presales across large enterprises, translating workforce and technology challenges into compelling LearnVantage solutions. You will deliver tailored demonstrations and executive-level presentations, while partnering with Account Executives to drive complex opportunities.

The role requires strong storytelling, business acumen, and a track record of shaping opportunities from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Minimum 2+ years of client discovery, solution demonstrations, and translating business requirements into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches that combine platforms, content, experiences and services.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem across learning, technology, and services to address client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles and pursue planning.
• Lead or contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and finalist presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of LearnVantage portfolio and trends in AI skilling and workforce transformation.
