Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to shape complex enterprise opportunities by combining business acumen with technical fluency. You will partner with Account Executives to translate workforce challenges into compelling LearnVantage solutions and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect capabilities to measurable outcomes.

You will lead discovery, craft value narratives, and engage SMEs for deeper validation, while maintaining a cohesive client story across platforms,

Qualifications

5+ years in presales or solutions engineering or equivalent client-facing role.
2+ years presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise scale (1,000+ employees).
Experience supporting sales opportunities valued at $100K+ annually.
Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation needs.
Translate client needs into LearnVantage solutions with platform, content, and services.
Develop and deliver tailored solution narratives and executive presentations.
Position LearnVantage offerings across LMS/LXP, HRIS, and AI-enabled skilling to business outcomes.
Engage SMEs for deeper feasibility validation while maintaining the overall client narrative.
