Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive discovery, tailor solution narratives, and deliver executive-ready demonstrations. You will partner with Account Executives to shape opportunities, translate business needs into LearnVantage value, and advance complex deals across Learning & Development, HR, Technology, and AI domains.

The role requires strong consultative selling, executive communication, and the ability to connect platforms, content, experiences, and services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 2+ years of client discovery, solution demonstrations, and translating requirements into recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

• Develop tailored solution approaches combining platforms, content, experiences, and services.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and executive presentations for diverse industries.
• Articulate differentiated business value and position LearnVantage in transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams through complex pursuits.
• Engage SMEs for deeper validation while preserving the client narrative.
