Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our presales team and help clients translate workforce and technology challenges into differentiated solution approaches. You will develop compelling demonstrations, articulate business value, and work closely with Account Executives to advance complex opportunities.

You will lead discovery sessions, tailor narratives, and deliver executive presentations that connect LearnVantage capabilities to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Experience supporting sales opportunities valued at $100K+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver tailored solution narratives, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches that combine platforms, content, experiences, and services.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles on opportunity strategy and pursuit planning.
• Lead or contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and competitive evaluations.
