Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to guide presales engagements, translating client workforce and technology challenges into compelling solution approaches. You will deliver tailored demos, articulate business value, and drive opportunities with senior executives.

You will partner with Account Executives, lead discovery, and ensure solutions align with client outcomes across learning, technology, and AI skilling. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• 2+ years presenting to executive audiences at enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, minimum 6 years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to understand business priorities and transformation goals.
• Translate needs into LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms and services.
• Develop tailored demonstrations and executive presentations for clients.
• Articulate differentiated business value and outcomes to stakeholders.
