Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive discovery, tailor solution narratives, and deliver high-impact demonstrations for enterprise clients. You will partner with Account Executives to translate workforce challenges into LearnVantage value, connecting learning platforms, content, and services to measurable business outcomes.

Travel 0–20% may be required as you engage across Learning & Development, HR, Technology, and AI leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and RFIs/RFPs.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Translate client needs into tailored LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content, and services.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives and executive presentations.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem across digital learning, AI skilling, platforms, and services.
• Engage SMEs for deeper feasibility validation and ensure continuity of the client narrative.
