Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead discovery, tailor LearnVantage demonstrations, and craft executive narratives addressing workforce and transformation priorities. You will collaborate with Account Executives to shape opportunities, engage stakeholders across Learning, HR, Technology, Data, and Leadership, and position our ecosystem for measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
Minimum 2+ years presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences at enterprise level.
Minimum 2+ years of client discovery, solution demonstrations, and translating requirements into recommendations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery with stakeholders to understand priorities and transformation goals.
Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content, experiences, and services.
Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations for diverse industries.
Position the LearnVantage ecosystem to address measurable workforce and business outcomes.
Engage with Subject Matter Experts for deeper feasibility validation as needed.
Partner with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles on strategy and pursuit planning.
