Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to translate client workforce and technology challenges into tailored LearnVantage solutions. You will lead discovery, craft demonstrations, and present executive-level narratives that connect business outcomes to our platform and services.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with Account Executives, engage with SME teams, and drive opportunity strategy through complex sales cycles. Travel 0–20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or an equivalent client-facing role.
• Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand priorities, workforce challenges, skill gaps, and outcomes.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content, experiences, and services.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives, demos, and executive presentations tailored to industry and workforce needs.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem including digital learning, AI skilling, certifications, and services.
• Assess requirements and involve SMEs for deeper feasibility validation when needed.
