Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing implementation projects.
• Proven ability to align internal teams with customer goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong budget and financial management skills.
• Experience with SaaS implementations.
• Willingness to handle sensitive customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure deployment and adoption.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Communicate status and changes to customers and internal teams.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure quality standards and SOP compliance.
• Conduct project closeout and capture lessons learned.
