Job summary

Irth Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of its integrated asset integrity and risk platform within the PMO. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will own the program plan, risks, budget, and executive reporting, driving phase-gate reviews and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or data-platform programs.
• 3 years leading multi-workstream programs with executive visibility.
• Experience delivering programs in a regulated environment.
• Strong experience running Agile delivery at scale with phase-gated governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Establish and manage phase-gate milestones, release dates, and critical-path activities.
• Lead the weekly delivery cadence with sprint and release checkpoints, status reviews, and dependency management.
• Maintain a single source of truth for program status, milestones, dependencies, and delivery health.
• Coordinate governance, budget tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
