Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs to support successful customer implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth's platform.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status and progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and proactively identify additional resources for implementation needs.
