Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations that help operators work safely and keep communities connected to critical infrastructure. You will gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and guide clients through training, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong independent decision-making and organizational skills.
• Experience with software implementation or delivery roles.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into practical software solutions.
• Proven client-facing and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Irth software solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Gather client requirements, analyze as-is vs to-be processes, and configure software accordingly.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to develop client SMEs and support adoption.
• Coordinate with product and development teams for client-driven enhancements.
• Document requirements, perform UAT coordination, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
