Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple customer deployments of our data platforms. You will plan resources, monitor progress, manage risks, and align with customer expectations to deliver on scope and budget.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, SOP adherence, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading customer-facing implementation projects in a software/SAAS environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Customer Success.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple projects, priorities, and resources.
• Experience managing escalations and sensitive customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs to deploy Irth's platform for customers.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle and ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on strategy, progress, and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings and reviews and ensure SOP alignment.
• Develop mitigation plans and respond to client needs during implementation.
