Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple customer projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and scope adherence. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing customer-facing software implementations in SaaS or enterprise settings, with strong PM and communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented

Qualifications

12+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
Proven experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional internal teams.
Excellent customer engagement, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead complex projects and programs for customer implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth’s platform.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Communicate status, risks, changes, and progress to customers and stakeholders.
Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams for project execution.
