Qualifications

• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery roles.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours daily.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information for implementation and customization.
• Facilitate requirements sessions to understand objectives and feasibility.
• Translate current-state processes into future-state workflows within Irth's products.
• Identify gaps and configuration needs for enhancements.
• Build strong client relationships throughout implementations.
• Serve as SME for assigned projects.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Configure software to client specs and guide through system setup.
• Demonstrate capabilities and address questions on product use.
• Troubleshoot issues with internal teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with PMs to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives.
• Communicate timelines, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product/development on enhancements and ETA updates.
• Document requirements via SOWs, diagrams, and configurations.
• Support UAT, testing, issue tracking, and sign-off.
• Provide ongoing implementation support and seek process improvements.
