Irth Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple customer projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, comfortable navigating challenging situations with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Proven experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with customers, executives, and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs to support successful customer implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth's platform.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate status, risks, changes, and progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Drive projects to successful completion while meeting customer expectations and business outcomes.
