Job summary

Intellect is a leading AI-powered B2B SaaS company delivering QMS and Connected Frontline Worker capabilities. We are seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to help enterprise customers launch Intellect technology, solve challenges, and drive successful implementations.

You will be a collaborative team player, take initiative, and work with senior stakeholders across time zones to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS and quality policies, objectives, and concepts.
• Knowledge of CFW software and practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, CFR 21 Part 11 and related regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data to demonstrate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on the Intellect product suite.
• Conduct onboarding of new customers.
• Guide customers with implementation and launch of Intellect’s product suite.
• Train customers and team members on Intellect’s product suite.
• Understand customer challenges and evaluate business requirements.
• Translate requirements into system design.
• Manage activities to drive completion and milestones.
• Recommend and execute continuous improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales across time zones.
