Intellect is a leading AI-powered B2B SaaS company delivering QMS and CFW capabilities to manufacturing and life sciences sectors. We seek a Senior Implementation Analyst to help enterprise customers launch Intellect technology, onboard teams, and translate business needs into system design.

You will partner with Support, Product, and Sales to guide deployments, manage stakeholders from VP to C-suite, and drive successful outcomes for complex programs across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS and quality policies and standards.
• Knowledge of CFW software and practices.
• Experience handling large, complex projects and change management.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on the Intellect product suite.
• Onboard new customers with the implementation process.
• Guide customers through implementation and launch of the product suite.
• Train customers and teammates on the product suite.
• Translate requirements into system design and architecture.
• Manage activities to drive projects to milestones and completion.
• Collaborate with Support, Integration, Product and Sales teams across time zones.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders including VP and C-suite.
