Job summary

Intellum, a leader in corporate education technology, seeks a Senior Customer Success professional to drive enterprise L&D programs and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will own health checks, executive reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to map product value to client success.

This remote-first role focuses on growth opportunities, effective health monitoring, and strategic guidance for major accounts.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in L&D, Enablement, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Deep exposure to L&D with a point of view on enterprise learning programs.
• Experience with SaaS, LMS, CMS, and/or software development management (LMS preferred).
• Demonstrable success in building stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in program health and lead structured health checks and Executive Business Reviews.
• Maintain and update customer health metrics in CRM tools and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Surface expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to align initiatives with new Intellum capabilities.
• Educate clients on platform updates and contribute product feedback and advocacy.
