Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS and quality policies and concepts.
• Familiarity with CFw software and practices.
• Experience with ISO9001 and CFR 21 Part 11 or similar.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on the Intellect product suite.
• Onboard new customers and guide implementation.
• Translate requirements into system design.
• Manage projects to meet milestones and drive completion.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Sales across time zones.
• Maintain strong relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
