Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to guide enterprise customers through onboarding and rollout of the Intellect platform. You will collaborate with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales teams across multiple time zones, translating business needs into system design.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years implementing SaaS, a solid understanding of QMS and CFR standards, and strong stakeholder management at VP/C-suite level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business or equivalent experience.
• “5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.”
• Knowledge of QMS and quality policies, objectives, and concepts.
• Knowledge of CFW software and practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, CFR 21 Part 11, etc.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on Intellect product suite.
• Conduct onboarding of new customers.
• Strategically guide customers with implementation and launch of Intellect’s product suite.
• Train customers and team members on Intellect’s product suite.
• Translate requirements into system design.
• Manage activities to drive completion and milestones.
