Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the design and execution of scalable technical solutions during late-stage sales and onboarding for strategic accounts. You will own complex client projects, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements to improve client success outcomes.

All team members are encouraged to leverage AI to accelerate decisions, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity while ensuring quality, security, and compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing SaaS technical role
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Deep experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP
• Advanced expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic clients
• Own the technical implementation and optimization of high-impact client projects
• Provide expert-level platform training and consultation to client stakeholders
• Mentor and coach junior Client success engineers
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and client engagement
• Develop technical enablement resources (webinars, videos, documentation)
• Use AI for recurring deliverables and share prompts/workflows
