Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to help enterprise customers launch our AI-powered QMS/CFW platform. You will onboard clients, guide end-to-end implementation, train users, and translate business needs into system design.

The role requires strong project management and communication across VPs and C-suite stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience, solid knowledge of QMS concepts, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach in a global,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policies.
• Knowledge of CFR 21 Part 11 or ISO 9001 is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on Intellect product suite.
• Conduct onboarding of new customers.
• Strategically guide customers with implementation and launches.
• Train customers and team members on the product suite.
• Understand customer challenges and translate requirements into design.
• Manage activities to drive milestones and deliverables.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
