Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to collaborate with enterprise customers from a remote position in the United States. You will guide implementation, translate requirements into system designs, and train teams on the Intellect product suite.

A strong emphasis on stakeholder management, cross-functional work, and delivering ROI is essential. You will lead onboarding, coordinate across Support, Integration, Product, and Sales, and ensure projects meet milestones while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology or business.
• 5+ years implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of QMS, quality policies and objectives.
• Knowledge of CF W software practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and CFR 21 Part 11 standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on Intellect product suite.
• Onboard new customers and guide implementation and launch.
• Train customers and team members on Intellect products.
• Assess customer requirements and translate into system design.
• Manage activities to meet milestones and drive completion.
• Collaborate with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales teams.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at enterprise level.
• Communicate across time zones and translate between business and technical language.
• Identify opportunities to meet needs where processes don’t exist yet.
