Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in the United States. You will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of OnDemand and OnPrem accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Engineers and internal teams to maximize value and ensure successful deployments. You are a customer advocate with a strong track record in SaaS, capable of partnering with executives, IT, and partners to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of SaaS functional/technical experience.
• Proven ability to maintain and foster strong customer relationships.
• Proven experience driving new and expansion sales, software adoption and customer success best practices.
• Operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of business with 4+ medium/large OnDemand or OnPrem customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and SI partners.
• Lead renewal conversations and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
• Stay current with Duck Creek features and product updates; run governance meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive customer adoption and success.
• Gather customer feedback and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
• Mentor junior Customer Success Managers and share best practices.
