Job summary

Kodex is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of high-impact clients. You will lead onboarding, manage implementation, and ensure long-term success in collaboration with Sales, Business Operations, and Engineering.

You will be the fourth CS member, owning accounts while helping scale CS systems, playbooks, and tooling for the growing organization. This is a Pacific Time-aligned, remote U.S. role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven track record delivering customer and business outcomes.
• Customer-centric mindset with technical fluency during implementations and product deep-dives.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-sales experience from adoption to renewal with Sales and Ops.
• Set post-sale requirements and onboarding plans for a seamless launch.
• Build and nurture relationships across accounts to drive value.
• Triage and resolve customer-reported issues, escalating to Eng when needed.
• Champion customer needs within the product roadmap and provide CS feedback loops.
• Design scalable engagement strategies using data and insights.
• Help design and improve CS workflows, tooling, and external-facing programs.
