Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• SaaS and startup experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Linear's largest customers.
• Be the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns and feedback.
• Onboard new customers and drive ongoing enablement and adoption.
