Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience in software development
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience managing teams and the performance of direct reports

Responsibilities

• Upgrade Management: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to the development team following best practices.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with teams for timely upgrades.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary contact for stakeholders on upgrade projects.
• Impact Analysis: Assess upgrade impacts using release notes and code changes.
• Issue Resolution: Debug code to provide workarounds or solutions for customers.
• Deployment Strategy & Execution: Develop robust deployment plans with minimal downtime.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Improve upgrade processes.
