Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience in software development.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing teams and the performance of direct report.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upgrade planning, execution, and delivery with minimal business disruption.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team and enforce best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely upgrades.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide regular status updates on upgrade projects.
• Analyze release notes and code changes to assess impact of upgrades.
