Job summary

BenchPrep is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Senior CSM for a remote role in the United States. You will own admin relationships, drive product adoption, and serve as a trusted advisor across SSO, webhooks, data, and APIs while collaborating with product and engineering.

The role emphasizes customer outcomes, renewal opportunities, and cross-functional teamwork. You’ll manage a book of business and help scale a growing SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing role supporting complex, technical products.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of building strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency with SSO integrations and webhooks.
• Experience with data/APIs and product collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Adoption: Increase product adoption and onboard new customers to the platform.
• Customer Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships and triage issues to resolution.
• Lead Gen: Identify add-on opportunities and support renewal negotiations with Account Managers.
• Internal Collaboration: Provide feedback to product and engineering teams and collaborate on renewals.
