Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies offers a remote-friendly role for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Upgrade Technical Delivery Lead. You will oversee upgrade projects, define technical requirements, and guide an engineering team through security, integration, performance, and operations considerations.

You will act as the primary escalation point for customers and internal teams, mentor staff, drive best practices, and ensure timely, high-quality deployments with clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ professional software development experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upgrade planning, execution, and delivery with minimal business disruption.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for timely upgrades.
• Escalate and resolve engineering issues for customers and internal teams.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
