CXT Software is seeking an Account Manager in El Paso, Texas, to oversee a $5M-$10M+ customer portfolio. In this role, you'll manage Net Revenue Retention (NRR) while identifying and closing expansion opportunities, ensuring strong customer outcomes in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales.
• Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities.
• Experience in managing revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own NRR for your customers and achieve targets.
• Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline.
