You will drive new business within existing clients, perform demos, and meet quarterly quotas while coordinating with Customer Support and Product Development to enhance the end-to-end client experience. The role requires SaaS sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong relationship-building with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, incl. 1+ year closing
• CRM experience (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree; Engineering/Technology/business preferred
• Solid mechanical/tech skills with troubleshooting
• Construction knowledge preferred, strong relationship-builder

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing clients and meet quotas
• Understand customer goals, create account strategies and manage book of business
• Maintain relationships with existing users and key prospects
• Conduct sales demos (live/recorded) and product demonstrations
• Meet quarterly/annual quotas and activity targets
• Collaborate with Local Market Teams to follow up on leads
• Drive expansion sales to increase user count company-wide
• Lead as main contact for large client accounts and coordinate with product team
