Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for the Western US, remote-based in California or Arizona. You will develop new business from existing clients, cross-sell software and hardware products, and manage quarterly quotas while coordinating with Customer Support and Product Development to optimize the client experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, a track record of closing, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 1 year in a closing role
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or business-related field preferred
• Experience using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Solid mechanical and technology skillset with troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas to meet quotas
• Cross-sell software and hardware products and expand current offerings
• Manage quarterly quotas and participate in product demos and trainings
• Liaise with Customer Support and Product Development to improve the client experience
• Lead account strategies and build long-term client relationships
