Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Western US to remotely manage existing clients, cross-sell software and hardware products, and drive quarterly quotas.

The role requires SaaS sales experience, strong relationship building, and ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, and Product. You will learn DEWALT MSuite and other tools, deliver online and in-person demos, and partner with local market teams to expand adoption and customer success

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a minimum of 1 year in a closing role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree (Engineering, Technology, or business-related field) – preferred.
• Experience using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications.
• Solid mechanical and technology skillset with troubleshooting experience.
• Commercial Jobsite and Construction Knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and cross-sell products.
• Learn multiple software & hardware products and demonstrate them online and in person.
• Meet quarterly/annual quotas and activity standards (calls, product introductions, events, demos).
• Collaborate with local market teams to follow up on leads and drive sales growth.
• Lead account strategies and manage mature accounts handoffs.
