Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Sr. Account Manager for a remote role within the Power Tools Group's Construction Technology Software team.

You will develop new business from existing clients, cross-sell products, and expand current solutions while learning multiple software and hardware offerings. The role includes demonstrations, quota attainment, and collaboration with Customer Support and Product Development to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, at least 1 year closing.
• Experience with Subscription Sales and Selling Construction SAAS Products.
• Solid mechanical and technology troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to propose, demo, value-sell, and close the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business from existing clients and identify improvement areas to meet quotas.
• Understand client goals, budget, timeline and authority; craft account strategies.
• Maintain relationships with existing users and key prospects.
• Provide software demonstrations (live and recorded) for Site Manager, Asset Tracking, and related products.
• Meet quarterly/annual quotas, activity metrics, and conduct training events.
