Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Western US, remotely based in CA or AZ, with travel up to 30% nationwide.

You will develop new business from existing clients by cross-selling software and hardware products, and orchestrate deployments and training to drive quarterly quotas. You will work with Customer Support and Product Development, learn multiple products like DEWALT MSuite, Tool Connect, Asset Tracking, and lead demonstrations.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 1 year in a closing role.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or business field preferred.
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
Experience with subscription sales and selling construction SaaS products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within existing clients to meet quotas.
Understand client goals, timelines, budget, and authority to create account strategies.
Maintain relationships with current users and key prospects.
Demonstrate software and hardware products online and in-person.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the client experience.
Drive quarterly and annual sales quotas and activity metrics.
Lead expansion sales to increase company-wide user base.
Serve as the primary contact for large client accounts.
Coordinate handoffs of mature accounts from the Account Executive team.
