Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Sr. Account Manager to work remotely across the United States. You will drive SaaS and hardware product sales, deliver demonstrations, and expand our base while collaborating with Customer Support and Product Development to enhance the client experience.

You will manage relationships with key accounts, meet quarterly quotas, and mentor local market teams on product needs and procurement processes. A strong track record in subscription sales is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with closing track record.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or business preferred.
• CRM experience (Zoho) and proficient Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within existing client base and cross-sell products.
• Deliver product demonstrations (live and recorded) and meet quarterly quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and handle onboarding.
