Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for the Western US, remote work based in CA or AZ. You will expand business with existing clients, cross-sell software and hardware, and meet quarterly quotas while coordinating with Customer Support and Product Development to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires SaaS sales experience, ability to demo products, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a closing track record.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or business preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with subscription sales and construction SAAS products.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business from existing clients by cross-selling software and hardware products.
• Learn multiple software and hardware offerings and deliver online and in-person demos.
• Meet quarterly quotas and activity standards (calls, demos, training events).
• Collaborate with customer support and product development to improve the client experience.
• Lead account strategies, manage mature accounts, and expand user counts company-wide.
• Drive sales plans with cross-functional partners to create predictable cycles.
