Miratech Group seeks a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop core routing engines to intelligently distribute voice and digital interactions in real time, across agents, queues, skills, channels, and business units, using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native tech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot with distributed systems and microservices
• Experience building routing or contact-center related platforms
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, queues, and skill-based routing
• Strong API-first design and event-driven architecture understanding
• Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and data modeling

Responsabilités

• Design enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity and rules
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance
• Develop APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration
• Collaborate with CX teams to translate requirements into routing capabilities
• Review designs, identify risks, and drive quality within schedule and budget
